The easiest and cheapest way to do this is by walking outside barefoot or if you live near an ocean, a sea or a lake, this can be great as well. To do Earthing, you just need to be directly in contact with the rocks, dirt or the water. If you do this on the beach, keep in mind that the salt sea water is very high in magnesium which is great for your health.
You can also try Earthing mats! They can be used under your feet while sitting down. You can use an Earthing sheet which fits on any bed size as well.
To use the mat, you just need to plug in to the grounding wire port and the Earth’s natural electrons flow right up through the wire and onto the mat.
It’s certainly an easy and amusing practice so there isn’t any harm in trying it, all you have to do is spend some time outside on the ground with your bare feet. It’s worth a try, isn’t it?
