What is even more exciting than seeing an uber jaw-dropping rocket? An even better-looking space suit!
Musk posted an image on Instagram of such one suit, which is of course, rightfully positioned next to the rocket.
As promised a few weeks ago on twitter, he made good on his promise a few days later.
From what we know and can see, he delivered the promised balance between aesthetics and function – actually what this looks like is something like a cross between Mass Effect and Daft Punk, and the interesting thing is that the suit already passed double vacuum pressure tests.
So what do we know? The capsule is fully autonomous and can be controlled by an onboard crew or crew members at SpaceX mission control.
SpaceX was the first company to achieve commercial cargo missions to the station, and they are now well on their way to ferrying people to and from space.
SpaceX has come a long way in a very short period of time. They continue to push the boundaries of what is possible in the field of space exploration, and they look really cool doing it.
